This is the most entertaining spam message I've gotten in a long time...
Click on the link at your own risk. The page includes an embedded video that tries to install a file named codecinst.exe. Could be harmless, but I didn't follow through for a variety of reasons - one being that I was using a Mac browser that can't handle exe's.
